About me
As an integrative therapist, I believe that therapy should be as unique as you are. Rather than sticking to one method, I draw on different approaches to find what works best for you. Sometimes that means looking at patterns from the past, other times it’s about finding practical tools for the present, or simply creating space to be heard without judgment. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive place where you can explore what’s going on in your life, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward the changes you’re hoping for.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with their ethical framework and best practice guidance.
